Do you want to change the color, the size or simply return the product? Write us at info@hookeshop.com indicating the reference of your order so that we can send you the steps to follow.

Free exchanges and returns (Iberian Peninsula). We take care of everything, we will send you a courier. You just have to return the item within 15 days from the day you received the order, unused and in its original packaging by mail or in our store. We will either send you another item or refund the corresponding amount.

To accept your exchange or return the product must be purchased on our official website www.hookeshop.com or in our physical store on Calle Santa Teresa, 12 Madrid. Please note that if the item to be exchanged or returned is one of our accessories our outlet items, the shipping costs are your responsibility.
