Hook carries out domestic and international shipments.
The transport of the items purchased is done through Nacex or Correos Spain (Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla) for shipments to Spain and Spain Post for international shipping. In order to avoid incidents in the delivery (erroneous addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.) it is essential to complete the form correctly, it is advisable to fill in the box related to the mobile phone contact.
The customer is responsible for the veracity of their address information provided. In case there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.
The estimated time to receive orders in Spain is 24 to 48 hours in the case of Nacex and 1 to 5 working days in the case of Correos Spain. Delivery times refer to working days and are counted from the time the order leaves Hook's central warehouse (orders usually leave within 24-48 hours of the warehouse, this period may be delayed in the period of offers, promotions or special dates such as Christmas). Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday, not holidays and will be subject to the specifications of our logistics operator.
If the transport company tries to deliver the shipment twice and it has not been possible to find the recipient at the delivery address, it will not be redistributed until get in touch with the recipient. If the transport company is not able to contact the recipient within 10 calendar days, it will return the package to the origin.
The delivery time for international shipments will depend on the transit times of the logistic operator of Hook.
