The transportation of the purchased items is carried out through MRW or Correos España (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) for shipments to Spain and Correos España for International shipments. To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to complete the form correctly, and it is advisable to fill in the box relating to the contact mobile phone number.

The client is responsible for the veracity and correctness of their address information provided. In the event that there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.
The estimated time to receive orders in Spain is 24 to 48 hours in the case of MRW and 1 to 5 business days in the case of Correos España. Delivery times refer to working days and are counted from the time the order leaves HOOK's central warehouse (orders usually leave the warehouse within 24-48 hours, this period may be delayed during periods of offers, promotions or special dates like Christmas). Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and will be subject to the specifications of our logistics operator.

The delivery time for international shipments will depend on the transit times of the HOOK logistics operator and do not include delays caused by customs.

If the transport company tries to deliver the shipment twice and has not been able to find the recipient at the delivery address, it will not be delivered again until you arrange a delivery day and time with the recipient. If the transport company is not able to contact the recipient within 10 calendar days, it will return the package to its origin.
