Returns Policy

Free exchanges

  • First free exchange: Available for orders shipped to the Iberian Peninsula, except for Sales, Outlet, Black Friday and Accessories items.
  • Deadline: You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the exchange.

How to request an exchange or return online

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Order History and select the details of the corresponding order.
  3. Check the items you want to return and specify the units.
  4. If you need an exchange, write the desired item, color and size in the text box under "Return Items".
  5. Click in Request Return to complete the process.

Exchanges or returns in physical store

You can go to our store at C/ Argensola, 5 (Madrid) to make changes or returns in person.

Orders outside the Iberian Peninsula

  • Shipping costs for changes or returns will be borne by the customer.
  • This includes items from Sales, Outlet, Black Friday and Accessories.

General conditions

  • Returns are not accepted of:
    • Used products, without labels or packaging original.
    • Products with damage due to improper use.
    • Personalized products and underwear.
  • Purchases in physical stores: They cannot be returned online.
