Free exchanges
- First free exchange: Available for orders shipped to the Iberian Peninsula, except for Sales, Outlet, Black Friday and Accessories items.
- Deadline: You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the exchange.
How to request an exchange or return online
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Order History and select the details of the corresponding order.
- Check the items you want to return and specify the units.
- If you need an exchange, write the desired item, color and size in the text box under "Return Items".
- Click in Request Return to complete the process.
Exchanges or returns in physical store
You can go to our store at C/ Argensola, 5 (Madrid) to make changes or returns in person.
Orders outside the Iberian Peninsula
- Shipping costs for changes or returns will be borne by the customer.
- This includes items from Sales, Outlet, Black Friday and Accessories.
General conditions
- Returns are not accepted of:
- Used products, without labels or packaging original.
- Products with damage due to improper use.
- Personalized products and underwear.
- Purchases in physical stores: They cannot be returned online.
