Returns Policy

All items (except Outlet, Black Friday and Accessories) have the first free exchange and/or return for orders destined for the Iberian Peninsula. The period to make the change is 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. For the rest of the items and destination, the customer will bear the costs of the return.

To request an exchange and/or return, the customer must log in to their customer account, click on order history, select details of the corresponding order, mark the item(s) they wish to return and the units. To complete the return request, you must click on the “Request Return” button.

Orders destined for outside the Iberian Peninsula or for Outlet, Black Friday and Accessories items must be responsible for the shipping costs derived from exchange or return shipments.

The customer can also go to our store C / Argensola, 5 (Madrid) for any exchange and/or return.

All purchases made from 11/18/23 can be exchanged and returned until 01/21/2024


Returns of used products, without label, without original packaging, or with damage caused by improper use of the product, are not accepted. Personalized products will not be returnable.

Online returns for purchases made in a physical store are not accepted.
