Your Hook® watch is guaranteed for two years under the conditions of this warranty.
Under the terms of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users this guarantee covers any manufacturing defects that may arise at the time of purchasing your Hook® watch.
This guarantee only becomes effective when the warranty certificate is duly completed, stamped and dated at the time of purchase at an official Hook® establishment.
On presenting the certificate of warranty, if the specified terms are valid, your watch will be repaired or replaced under the supervision and control of the Hook® Technical Service.
The following are specifically excluded from this warranty:
- Damage resulting from misuse of the watch.
- Watches handled by anyone who is not from the official Aristocrazy After Sales Service, that have suffered damage beyond our control ie. unsuitable batteries being fitted.
- Alterations and damage caused by corrosive acids and other products.
- General wear and tear.
- Change of battery.
- Loss or theft.
